Sometimes you can get confusing signals about things, so let's hope that this page clears up the meaning of life, the universe, and everything ... on second thought, I'll just explain the copyright stuff and terms of use for my site.

Copyright Stuff: With the exception of the scripts duly credited elsewhere here, everything is *mine*. Look as much as you want. Look at the code, touch the code, feel the code, you can even take it - just remember that a little credit goes a long way.

You're welcome to look and learn. This site is what I learned - from reading, from looking at code, from practice, and from lots of people who helped when I didn't have a clue!

Privacy Stuff: Sure - I don't need spam any more than you do .... so I don't intend selling your e-mail address if you tell me. Cookies - sure ... that how the themes work! IP address - sure ... if you fill out a form here, your IP address is added (gotta keep the perverts under control).

Terms of Use Stuff: In terms of terms, the terms are terminally simple. I take absolutely zero responsibility for anything that goes wrong with the Internet, your ISP, or your computer while you're visiting here. And since all the stuff that's here is presented on an "as is" basis - whatever you decide to do based on what's here is your responsibility.
